Bridging customers and Teesing's departments
To avoid miscommunication and to ensure that customers are given appropriate information from the various Teesing departments, Customer Care provides customers with a fixed point of contact. When communicating with other departments, Customer Care always receives updates to ensure the best and fastest service to its customers.
Update on order changes
Teesing Customer Care is notified directly of any delivery changes. They will contact the customer concerned and arrange a solution if necessary.
