HOW TO REDUCE THE 'TCO' OF ULTRA HIGH PURITY GASES.
Ultra high purity gases (they have low amounts of other gases) are often used in high-tech industries like the analytical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, semiconductor, metrology and aerospace industries. Pure gases often improve yields, consistency or improve the quality of the end product. Teesing supplies gas delivery systems including gas purification, converting low-quality gas to UHP quality.
You will be able to reduce costs by converting to a lower grade of gas cylinders and install an on-site gas purifier in your lab or cleanroom. Many laboratories are switching from UHP gas cylinders to lower-quality (5.0) cylinders combined with a gas purifier.
Gas costs can be reduced and consistency and flexibility are maximized.
For our most demanding customers the risk of impurities and downtime can be minimized with automatic or manual bypass manifolds for point-of-use purification or automatic regeneration for most of the bulk gas purifier systems. To avoid a further risk of impurities in your process we suggest the use of UHP pipework, valves, pressure regulators, fittings and other instrumentation, which we can supply as plug-and-play assemblies. Besides pure gas, you might also want to consider gas filtration for maximum efficiency and reliability with a greater than 99.999999% removal of all particles down to 0.003μm.
