Teesing has the unique capability to assemble it’s UHP fittings, hoses, valves, regulators and tubing in a class 100 cleanroom. For small assemblies it is possible to produce class 10. Major toolmakers and system integrators have selected Teesing to deliver pre-assembled hose constructions under cleanroom environment. Together with our partners we can handle anything from a few samples for prototypes to complete assemblies for volume production. We test our cleanliness using UV and Laser technics, we use extreme clean dry air (XCDA) with sub ppb levels of contaminants, we have bake-out capabilities, everything to minimise particle counts and reduce TOC levels in order to deliver your sub-system or component ready for producing nanotechnologies
